Poor service given!

I previously had a window to repair for my car. I went to the counter at PG Glass to ask for a quotation for the window and the price to repair it. However on my arrival the person behind the computer did not offer a seat and there was an employee sitting on the chair relaxing. So I had to stand for the duration of the consultation. Thereafter she gave me the wrong quotation after withdrawing the to pay for it, she then only tells me that it was supposed to be R2000 more and it was mistake!! Not once but twice!!!! <br> <br> Worst service received in a while. I went to Glass Fit next door where the service was much better.
