POOR service from PG Glass Vredenburg

One star is even too much! I have been trying for 2 weeks to get my windscreen replaced. I stay in a small town in the Western Cape and places to have my windscreen replaced are few and far between. PG Glass Vredenburg is the one that I chose to work with. NEVER using them ever again. I contacted them 2 weeks ago. My insurance company has been in touch with them also to verify that the claim will be paid. It seems that by yesterday they hadn't even ordered the windscreen yet. Everytime they promise that they will contact me, but nobody does.
