Poor Service for Vehicle Inspection

Today I went to the Roodepoort PG Glass for my vehicle inspection, I waited for over 1hr:30mins to be assisted. Three people who came after me on the queue were assisted and I was intentionally skipped over. When I queried what's the delay, the receptionist gave me a bad attitude and told me MI WAY clients take longer for inspection. I was shocked as I've never heard such a thing for a vehicle inspection. I asked her to elaborate what she meant and she couldn't, I showed her on the list that 4people who came after me, were assisted and gone, and I have been waiting for over an hour.

she could not answer thereafter. She then said oh sorry, as though its no big deal to let a client wait for over an hour for a simple procedure such as vehicle inspection, she then passed me on to someone else who couldn't care less that I was annoyed by the delay.

This was the worst service ever.
