Poor service delivery

PG glass has such poor service . I called to order in a passenger a back window a month ago and till today they’re are ordering the wrong window. I was referred to PG glass benoni as it was the nearest to me . I went there more than three times with the same problem always ordering the wrong and they see nothing wrong . I’ve been without a window for a month now going back and forth . They don’t even follow up with me I’m always the one calling . I asked for a refund and I was told that they would send me an email on Monday today I had to call again and follow up . The service is so poor to such an extent that sometimes you is no receptionist and the only person that has access to information or the computer is her but they have no backup . I’m disappointed and will never set my foot there ever again I’m still waiting for my money
