Poor Service!!!

I received very poor service from Koketso PG Glass Midrand, she ordered the incorrect glass. She further promised me to call me to update me regarding the arrival of the correct glass, which she did not. She then promised the mobile team will come to my address to install it but that still didn't happen. Very disappointed.
