Poor *********** service all the the way

Good day Tabogo

Please see mails from Ford and from my insurance as well as photos of the damage attached hereto.

As per Ford the rain sensor covers are no longer produced and supp****, please advise on a solution for replacement thereof. The rubber sponge on the bottom of the windscreen which was torn during fitment needs replacement as well as the car is already starting to smell mouldy with all of the rain.

I informed my insurance regarding this problem and the delay from PG Glass. The insurance company confirmed that no payment has been made to PG Glass and that the payment will be held back until this problem has been sorted. The fitment took place on 1 November, Damages was reported to yourselves on Monday 3 November. It has now been 2 weeks and still no solution has been found.

Please advise me on the way going forward. Should you as PG Glass be unable to repair the damages directly caused by your fitment on 1 November a settlement letter can be obtained from the bank for full pay-out of the damaged vehicle.

I need an answer and timeline from you @ 15h00 today.

Kind Regards

I did send all my details to the link that you provided on Friday and I got a mail back stating some one will call me with in 30 mins and no one has called me. I had to call Tabogo and after one hell of a fight I got hold of Jaco. He is bussy with my matter and prommised me he will sort my car out. So I will see what happens in the upcoming week.
