Poor Service

<p>I had an appointment at 08h00 to fit a new windscreen. They said it will take 2 to 2 1/2 hours. I walked around for 2 hours, only when I arrived they started to work on the windscreen. It took another hour to finish the work! Thus stay put in the workshop otherwise your car will not be handled, they keep on doing other vehicles while you are not around. Will never use them again!</p> <p>Just a suggestion: the office staff can take their hands out of their pockets while speeking to customers. Looks terribly unprofessional. You can see they don't take customers serious at all!</p>
