Poor Service

Poor service, called yesterday and was told someone will come out today. When following up was advised by precious someone will call me back. Two hours later I call again and Precious says someone will call me back. Eventually Thato calls and says she will check availability (MAYBE Thursday) l. One hour later and no response. Call headoffice and get no answer. Call again and Precious drops the call on me. Eventually Thato calls back and books an appointment for Wednesday. Ive taken time off today as I work on the road, thanks for wasting my time. Lets hope someone comes out tomorrow.
