Poor Service

On 18/10/2023 I visit PG Glass George Street Kimberley for replacement of my vehicle's windscreen. One Armand serves me. There is no windshield in stock. I am placing an order for the replacement of the windshield for 1/11/2023. At the appointment, the windshield was not available. Armand undertakes to arrange with PG Glass Hartswater so that the windscreen can be delivered and installed there. Once again, Armand fails to make the necessary arrangements with PG Glass Hartswater. I am really disappointed with the poor service I experienced at PG Glass Kimberley.
