Poor Form

i called the PG glass in plumstead to query an inspection certificate which is supposed to be in my possession, which I have never received. They dont have any record of the vehicle being inspected. So I asked the girl for the certificate, she cannot find any details about the bike. It may be in archives. I call again, this time, I ask how I can request this from archives, I get told that its in 10 boxes somewhere so I use my knowledge of assumption that this is no easy task, that it will take a while and I agree that it is fine because A- 10 boxes means some elbow grease and B- they behind on their admin. The girl further said just hold, I will get back to you...before she cut the call. Seems to be the norm...happened twice. I know this because I work in a call centre and all our calls are recorded. Even the status changes, who pressed which button, who hung up etc. Quite an impressive system we have. You have no record on system. So PG...I have an insurance claim pending, do I pass on the R4k excess for lack thereof said certificate to you or will you help me get this sorted? I dont expect miracles but I do expect a certificate. Unless you are a black hole swallowing certificates
