Poor customer support

<p>I was called by PG Glass call centre to confirm fitment of my vehicle windscreen and determine which is my closest branch. I was told Wonderboom, Pretoria is my closest fitment centre and that they will be informed by the call centre of my claim and fitment to be done. Wonderboom fitment centre was supposed to call me and since 10:18 today had not. Do they run away from business or what?</p>

As per our conference call with the manager, you will take the vehicle into the fitment centre in order for him to assess the glass.
