Poor Customer Service

<p>I went to PG Glass Edenvale to get a quote for my windscreen to be replace. then informed them that i needed to book my car in as it had been approved over a month ago. i have been trying to get hpold of them and have heard nothing. i have left numerous amounts of messages for someone to call me back and im still waiting. No one in the compnay is able to help or assist. The customer service is shocking and im very disappointed. My windscreen still needs to be replaced. so i need assistance asap.</p>
