Poor customer Service

Greetings, I would hereby like to logged a customer complaint with you with regards to the extremely poor customer care services I have received from the PG Auto Glass Customer care centre from the time my insurance company logged my complaint with this Company and the other complaint that I have is that PG Auto Glass fitment centre in Edenvale do not answer their phones. I would appreciate some feedback on the investigation as the previous feedback i received from one of your Service Recovery Officers on the 27th October also said they would give me feedback after investigation but to date no response so i unfortunately do not hold much hope that will get any feedback on this investigation.
