Poor communication. Shifting blame. Unprofessional. Bad service.

I have waited two weeks for a car window with little to no communication - I am the one following up with them. Yesterday (13 July) they called and told me my window would be fixed today (14 July). I drove through from Kommetjie without a window THEN they called me to tell my window would be repaired on Monday or Tuesday... oblivious that someone had phoned me yesterday. They admitted the error, but this means my car continues to be at risk as I have street parking and I have no idea when it will actually be fixed. I am shocked. Would not recommend them to anyone.
