PG SStaff not interested in doing business

<p>I phoned PG Glass on Monday morning for window tinting at my house. I could supply the measurements and received a telephonic quote. When I asked when the job could be done, I was told that someone first had to come and assess the job. I would then be phoned within the same day or the next morning. <br />By the next afternoon I phoned again to find out why I had not been phoned, I was first put through from the one to the other person - three times I had to repeat the same storey, namely that I was waiting for job to be done. Person nu 3 confirmed that my request was on the system, and she would find out why I had not been contacted, and let me know within ten minutes. The ten minutes became another 18 hours. I then tried to speak to the person listed as manager for the Bellville branch, one Victor Roelf. However, on taking my call, the telephonist put me through, with no one answering after five minutes, or a receptionist coming back informing me that Roelfs was not in.</p> <p><br />I gave PG Glass up for a bad job. I found another company who sent someone within an hour, a quote within another hour, and a team within two hours further - and that at half the price of PG's!</p>
