PG NAG Commerical T/A Booysen’s Auto Glass -Poor service

PG glass Durban - NAG Commerical T/A Booysen’s Auto Glass.

Pathetic service . First supply wrong glass , they try to force fit it then say rubber is incorrect when measure against glass supplies by another service provider - bare in mind rubber was OEM. 1.5 hours later they only release the glass is incorrect for the truck. When owner is informed he argues that that is the correct glass. Owner says he will source another and come back to me but more than a week goes with no contact. If I hadn’t taken the glass form another service provider the truck would of suffered water damage inside as I would of been left without a windscreen.

Further more the Fittment crew on site broke of the trucks marker pole and for soapy water into the instrument dial. Tells no one and leaves site .
