pg glass worst ever, don't use them

pg glass has become one of the worst experiences I have ever had. they use to be so reliable and good. I had an active windscreen replacement with them, 19th Nov get a call and I told them on the call OEM windscreen and also come on 28th,yes that's 9 days for them to order glass and come.

on the 24th I call them and De Neo from mobile unit says all in order she will call me Wednesday or Thursday. Guess what she never did, I called on Wednesday chasing up and turns out they forgot to order and forgot to ask for authorisation... discovery yajna and Lloyd super helpful in fast tracking windscreen approval... but it took me multiple calls and days to get De neo and Kgomotso to have a heart and call me .. De neo doesn't work on the day she promises to call... finally on 1st dec... after I did all chasing.
