PG glass worst ever

@PG Glass Satellite N1 City left us uterly dissapointed. We were hoping to get good service from a known brand company, but that was unfortunately not the case. We wanted to get our windscreen replaced in May, but then they never booked our vehicle in @PG Glass Bellville. So we switched to PG Glass N1 City. They booked the vehicle for 26 June 2023, but botched the process by cracking that screen aswell. They also left the rust marks on the roof (that were covered) open to see. Expecting us to just accept it that way. They booked us again for the next Monday, 3 July 2023. But because of the rust marks looking so bad, it forced us to get that done as well. We then asked PG Glass N1 City to do a mobile replacement. After asking them, they told us it would be allright, since it was their fault that we had to wait another week. We asked them to go to the place where the rust would be repaired, to take out the windscreen on Monday and come back on Thursday and put in the new windscreen. Not that difficult to understand right? And we were booked for 3pm on Monday.

On Monday morning, 3 July 2023 @08:12 I got a call from PG Glass N1 City. The woman did not even ask my side of the story, she began telling me that “I did not pitch on 26 June for my replacement, and then asked the team to rescedule for 3 July and do a mobile windscreen replacement. And it would be an extra R350.” I then told her very nicely what the real story actually was, and she said she would call me back 5/10 min later. Needless to say, I got no call back, and also no apology for the way she spoke to me. I was also really confused if I was still booked for later that day, since I was getting 2 different stories. Later that day I went to take my vehicle to the rust repairment place. When I drove back home, PG Glass N1 City called me to tell me they are on their way to take the windscreen out and replace it. After telling the guy (for the 5th time) that the new windscreen would only be replaced later in the week and that they only needed to take the old one out today, he took it as “I wanted to rescedule.” They never pitched that day. Setting the rust repair shop ‘n day late on their work as well. After using my own airtime and personal time, from May, to get a simple job done. I would not recommend them, rather pick another branch if you want fast and efficient service. You can Email me at ***
