PG Glass - Worst customer service!
Absolutely appalled by the lack of enthusiasm or service from PG Glass (Paarl/Cape town). I made a booking and got a reference number. Not long after another consulted phoned asking for my ref#. She told me it does not exist and would phone me back which she never did. i phoned again and spoke to the JHB branch (Sifiso) who was very friendly and booked me. Not long after that the Cape Town branch phoned and told me the booking was cancelled and Sifiso doesn't know what he's talking about and GP Glass does not offer call out services. She also never heard of Franschhoek before and told me she will phone back, which of course she never did. Needles to say, i spent the entire day on the phone, spoke to 4 consultants from 3 branches and still don't have a booking or a ref number. Would NOT RECOMEND them to anyone!
