PG GLASS Woodmead - utterly shocking!!!!

Firstly, my windscreen wipers were placed on the wrong way, an absolute safety hazard as I needed to drive in the rain. I thank God I was close to home. I called first thing the next day, when they came to fix it, a tool was left IN MY BONNET from the incapable employee who did my windscreen. I did not trust things at that point, I called my friend to come check everything and he pointed out that it seems my WINDSCREEN WAS WRONG. HOW DO YOU NOT SEE THIS AS SOMEONE WHO DOES THIS EVERYDAY??? I was absolutely shocked. Called the same person and he denied that this was an issue, barely even answered me when I was talking as he obviously realized he messed up. I sent him an image, when he called me back he did NOT show any remorse or even start with "mam, you were right, I placed the incorrect windscreen." he just proceeded to advise that they had ordered a new one and it would arrive the next day. I don't feel he had any idea how he put my safety in jeopardy with all these mistakes and not to mention my time wasted. I sat for almost 3 hours while he was doing a mess on my car. The guy who replaced the horrible job was done in just over an hour, he clearly knew what he was doing and even helped with my rust on my wipers. Absolutely shocking that a big company like PG GLASS can have such *********** staff. I complained on their rating over 24 hours ago and still NO CALL BACK.
