PG GLass - what a joke

PG Glass in Edenvale is the worst service provider I have had to deal with in an extremely long time. Obviously nobody there wants to work because nobody answers the phones, after trying for over an hour on ********** eventually the phone is answered by either Happiness, Tuli or Tshepi. When I requested them to email me she put the phone down and never bothered to answer it again. I then phoned ********** and was told they would transfer me and they too proceeded to put the phone down. Could you please look into employing people who are actually in the mood to provide a service to your customers.
