PG Glass Westgate Roodepoort

I am so appalled and disgusted by your service or lack of. A month ago my wife submitted a claim with our insurer to replace a windscreen at Westgate PG Glass. Till today the widscreen has not been fitted. I drove to your fitness centre about 5 times and the glasses you have, had watermarks. Till today i am still driving around with a cracked glass with watermarks. The windscreen sides are nauseas to look at since a shabby job was done even the left top was lost. I am not sure if i get a poor service and dont care attitude because i drive a Toyota Tazz. I am still waiting after over a month for the windscreen to be replaced adequately and proffessionally. I am not going to recommend your services or ask the insurer to use you anymore. I wasted money and continuosly risking my safety, driving with a cracked glass with watermarks.
