PG Glass Vehicle Inspection

so frustrated...... with PG-Glass. Tiger Wheel & Tyre the Glen Visited their branch on Wednesday 20 Dec to carry out a vehicle inspection. today I receive this message from them. Hopelly they will be open as originally I planned to go to the Alberton branch, but they had closed, I was told by head office.. "We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused due to the delayed vehicle inspection certificate. Our IT department could not resolve the issue, as a result, we are forced to re-do all the inspections including yours.
