PG Glass Vanderbijlpark: USELESS!!!

PG Glass Vanderbijlpark is completely useless!!! We have been trying to replace the windscreen on my car for two months now, but the issues and excuses from them are endless!! First they commit to coming to our premises to do replacement, but don't show. When we call them, they say we have to go to them. Then they apparently break the one windscreen they had in stock for us. For this they need to put through a whole new claim with my insurer in order to get a new windscreen. At this point the branch manager has apparently taken over the claim, but also disappeared soon after. When they finally got a new windscreen (so they say), they arrange an installation date and time. The morning of they first call to confirm, and 30mins later call again to cancel AGAIN as their provider did not have stock of the glass...USELESS!!!!! It has been two months!!!
