PG Glass - uselesss

Pathetic client service, Windscreen claim approved a month ago, was promised installation on the 11th then the 13th. Always waiting for stock. In the meantime i got tow tickets, I would understand if this was an exotic car, but its an ordinary VW Touran, the most frustating part is that this entire week, no updates and it takes half an hour to get through to your call centre and cant get further than a call agent, who knows nothing....ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!
