PG glass - useless

<p>I have the provided numbers on the Web to get about 18 home windows replaced. Got a reference nr and was promised I will be called within an hour. The advisor gave me two alternative numbers to contact if I want to follow up.</p> <p>Needless to say. No calls received in 2 days. </p> <p>I have called the alternative numbers and original number five times, had to hold on for between 12 and 20 minutes each time. Once an advisor answers the phone, they just can't help. Sorry. And transfer again to hold again. </p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic!</p>
