PG Glass Unsatisfactory service

I was allocated PG glass Heidelberg november 2021 for the repairs on my front and driver door windows and to date only the driver door window was replaced but the front windscreen is stilll not attended . I drive around with a cracked front windscreen which is making it difficult to dtive. Everytime im told the supplier does not have stock after 2 months still no stock???even after all fees due have been paid . Everytime i have to call and ask about the window .
