Pg Glass unprofessional n disappointing

I took my ford ranger thunder to be fitted in with a front windscreen.the insurance Sent me to PG glass- East london. They fitted a none agent glass n never bothered to tell me only noticed later, then i phoned my insurance n they were also shocked of this matter. N now the PG glass is running around n it seems they don't wanna change this **** glass in my car.
