PG GLASS the most unproffesional company ive dealt with

The worst company i've ever dealt with is pg glass i phoned them at 16H25 on the 22/10 they told me to late to register the claim. The wind was blowing strongly and broke my main bedroom's glass, it was cloudy and it looks like rain was on its way. I phoned them at 8 the next morning, and then was told he is going to speak to somebody see when they can do the booking and will phone me back at 10 i phoned them again and ask them what is happening they promised to phone me back in10min time i phoned them again at 11H30 and then was told santam must register the claim, why did'nt they told me that last night when i phoned them the first time, they even took my policy nr the most unproffesional "service" ive ever had
