PG glass Satellite Tyger Wheel and Tyre Strijdom Park. Rather go to Autoglass! Horrible customer experience

This afternoon I called in to book an appointment for a glass chip repair for my windscreen. I got an appointment for 16h00, made arrangements to leave work early in order to make my appointment only to get to the PG glass Satellite based at Tyger wheel n Tyre Strijdom Park to be told that the guys doing the glass repairs had gone to a call out. Obviously the call out is more expensive hence it was prioritized but my issue is, don't offer a service if you can't fulfill it. Had I been advised that priority is based on the highest bidder I wouldn't have wasted time off work. And when asking what alternatives I can explore I was advised to make another appointment.. Only to be disappointed again. Pathetic to say the least!
