PG Glass poor service

PG Glass arranged for fitment of a windscreen at my house (address, date and time), now I'm being told I need to go into the workshop to get it fitted. I now need to take time off (unpaid) to get it fitted. Why arrange for a time to fit it at my house if you going to do the opposite?
