PG GLASS POLOKWANE INDUSTRIAL!!!
i went to Polokwane industrial PG glass for quote for my car, front & rear as per instructions from my insurance i was supposed to ask for alternative or Generic or arrival we found this lady called Pertunia I didn’t get her surname She is so rude, she’s not patient and she literally said “ we don’t have cheap windscreens here go try elsewhere “ this was on Monday till date she keeps on sending me quote that is cash paying but not for insurance she refused to send it via email or whatsapp Today its Friday my car still doesn’t have windscreen as my insurance can’t pay out fot incorrect quote. Today we went back she literally gave us the same quote! My insurance have been trying to get hold of her since Tuesday to send the correct but nothing! I’m so disappointed and emotionally drained by that lady’s attitude
