PG Glass PMBurg - Very slow, do not communicate with 'Customers"

PG Glass PMBurg, KZN... Poor service. Got go ahead from Insurance 2 days ago, midday... I do not expect fitment same day, as cannot expect you to carry all cars windscreens. What I do expect is simple old phone call to say ' Dear paying customer, we will have your windscreen on this day,,,," Tyron, Pmb office, you the same as the lady that I spoke with on Monday - " Oh sorry Sir, I will definitely call you " ,,, well you didn't and I warned you I'll post a negative comment ... Then again, it's only a windscreen ,,, not much profit in it...
