PG Glass Pinetown Are Exhortist And *****ed

<p>PG Glass in Pinetown are ************s and *****ed. Phoned their national call entre line for a quoke for R1,400 odd for a new Opel Windcreen. Accepted the quote (ref 870181) and was put through to Pinetown branch. Lady couldnt find the reference number but confirmed the price and requested a cash deposit to order. Paid R1,000 on the 2nd September and was told it will be delivered within 3 days. Two weeks later I was called requested a mobile unit to come fit it (part of PG Glass promise offerings). Got a call late last week said that they would call again once they have checked their schedule. Today a lady called Deshni (sounds like the same lady I have been speaking to) calls and says that head office made a mistake and that the price is now R2,640 but they are kind enought to meet me half way at R2,000 + the cost of the rubber holders. Told Deshni to get stiched and then got called by PG Glass head office who says that Deshni informed them that Im refusing to pay for the rubber holders. Told the llady at PG Glass head office what had transpired and she said to me, "thats not what Deshni told them". This is kin to been ****psters, totally underhanded and unacceptable.
