PG glass - Parys & vdbijl no good, im sorry

PG Glass Parys does not stand by their word. I took my car in for window tinting on Friday around 10am.Around 3pm i went there to check how far they are, they couldn't do the work. After they told me it wasn't a problem. Then the guy was not qualified enough.Then the lady Atlanta asked me if she can arrange for their window tinting guy from v. der bijl PG Glass can come and do it monday morning. I said no problem. She called that branch, arranged with the guy(David) to be at Parys branch at 9.30-10am on Monday. I myself arranged to take my car in at 7-8am to Parys PG Glass which i did.While i was at the front desk the Manager Atlantas son Hennie was sitting there he saw me bringing my car in. And i didn't know he was the manager of the vdbijl branch. He just refused to send David, because at 12.50 when i came back from vdbijl and walked into PG Glass Parys they did not even touch my car... I could not believe that. This was the second time my car was for like hours and hours at PG Glass and nothing.. I called PG head office and they got in contact with Hennie at PG vdbijl,he just said yea he saw me this morning at Parys branch but David has got other work to do as well, this after PG glass book David on Friday via phone call directly with Hennie to be in Parys at 9.30am.. Hennie is not worth a manager at PG Glass if this is the way he treats clients im sorry. PG Glass has done all my glass works for many many years.But im gone look for better glass installers from now on. And yes, you might say agh one guy but this one guy has got a few guesthouses and several vehicles and they use alot of glass so does my friends.
