PG Glass not interested in keeping customers

We have tried several times to get hold of PG Glass to come and repair a window pane on one of our door panels. We have tried on both the internet forum waiting for them to contact us back, as well as trying to phone them. One of the representatives promised to get back to us - that was yesterday morning, and haven't heard from them again. Disgusted with the service delivery, you can't complain about the service - there isn't any!
