PG Glass not Interested

My car window got cracked and I filed a claim with Outsurance on Friday. They send all the paperwork for the claim and authorization to Menlyn PG Autoglass. I was told that they will contact me. When I did not hear from them, I phoned Saturday morning only to find out that they had the claim since Friday, but did nothing to it. Now Monday Afternoon, I still had no call from them to inform me of the progress of the claim.<br> <br> PG Glass, you had me as a client! You can now go and **** yourselves! There are many companies out there that can do better than you. Don't even bother to call to say how sorry you are!
