PG Glass NO service

So i reported my windscreen cracked to Discovery PG glass contacted me due to being in a meeting i could not get the call so i called them back after being on the phone for approx 40 min the operator dropped the call....I called again and tried to speak to a branch so that i can book it myself ..could not get through to the branch ...so today i went to the branch and firsty asked if they had stock ...the person continued to process my claim when i gave him all my info and spending another 45 min there i told me that there is no stock and that he can assist me tomorrow after i explained to him that tomorrow i will not be in Witbank ...i then phoned pg glass again and tried to get assistance however the staff member said that my claim is not loaded and that the have no authorization for my insurance ...i am not sure if Pg Glass has something called customer service ...i am still without a windscreen and still no results from *********** staff
