PG Glass - N1 City - Unresponsiveness and no action

I took my car for an insurance inspection on Friday 19-07-2024. To date confirmation of the inspection has not been received, and my insurer is now chasing me as they believe this is outstanding and my grace period is passed. Tried calling the branch (N1 City) multiple times. No response/answer from their end.
