PG glass Middelburg kept me more frustrated because I did not pay cash.

My insurer (mi-way) recommended PG glass at Middelburg Mpumalanga to replace a windscreen, I have been waiting for two months 16 days and their promise was 7-14 days. My wind screen is still not fitted. The reason I am suspecting is that I am not a cash client. The only call I received from them is we are sorry our supplier still did not deliver. But how come because other PG glass can do it within 5 to 7 days.
