PG GLASS Menlyn. Stay away.

Arrive at PG Menlyn at 11h27, with a windscreen chip. The technician then comments they czn not repair, because there is no hole in the winscreen. I then show him there is an hole in the windscreen. He thren says the hole is not deep enought. I replay and ask him, how deep.thus must be to repair, where he ignored me, and walks away. Proceed to recpetion, and recpetion says there is no manager on site, and therefore she can also not call him. I then insist to speak to head office.. then technician then sufenly applgies and says he will fix it. I have call headiffice and lodge an complaint. Will see what cones from it. The technician did not want to do the work, and wehn questioned, walked away from the work. He knew there was no managment and tried his luck. It is so far below indudtry standerd that its shocking
