PG Glass makes a mess and won't fix it.

PG Glass, Cape Road, Port Elizabeth was contracted to replace and repair a window that was blown out by the wind in an apartment I rent out. When my daughter went to the apartment a week later, a piece of the aluminium frame was missing and the whole window was tilting to the one side, nothing to keep it in place. Only after numerous emails and photos sent to the renting agents, did PG Glass come to inspect the mess and the guy literally just shrugged his shoulders. Only after I complained to the renting agents, did PG Glass say that a ***** was missing and they don't have those *****s and then later that those kind of frames are discontinued and they cannot fix it, the whole frame should be replaced by a newer model. This is now after 11 months. It also became apparent that they didn't use the safety glass as required, the rubber lining is completely broken and pierced through by the sharp edges of the glass they used. The whole window is on the verge of falling out again and they just don't respond to emails or calls to fix their mess.
