PG Glass Krugersdorp please do what you are supposed to do,serve your customers fairly

Disappointing service from pg glass Krugersdorp,I was instructed by my insurance to go to nearest pg glass for a claim,was given a reference number,after few days when I call they told me they waiting for authorisation from my insurer,I fought with my insurer for taking long,and they said they waiting for a quote from pG glass,I called PG Glass today,the didn't do anything,asking me which window is Brocken over the phone and my car was there last week,that glass is affecting my business,its a taxi
