PG GlASS KEYWEST INCOMPETECE

PG GLASS KEYWEST. The level of incompetence and sheer neglect of Service at this Branch stinks. I took my Vehicle for an inspection on the 31st October 2023 to date nothing have been uploaded on the OUTSURANCE App or atleast forwarded the report. Upon calling the Insurer today the 6th Nov 2023 still dololo report. I've called the PG Glass Keywest numerous time to no avail whatsoever. I'm not sure if they understand the meaning and need of submitting an Inspection Report or the consequences of failure thereof!! When using these services especially at PG Glass ;Make sure you record the whole exercise,Just to cover yourself!!
