PG Glass Kempton and PG Glass Head office Incompetency

PG Glass Kempton Park is probably the worst business I have dealt with. Insurance claim approval for a new windshield has been sent to them over a week ago. They have not contacted me at all. I tried to contact them a couple of times with no luck getting through to them.

Eventually after getting through once they took down the claim details and said they will call me back in 15 min and asked if they can reach me on the number I have called them from. Needless to say they have not called me back and yet again I am completely unable to get through to them.

I also contacted PG glass head office and explained the situation. They put me on hold and said that they will try to get in contact with PG glass Kempton Park. After holding for 17 minutes the line was dropped. Absolutely shocking!!
