pg glass k dorp poor customer service
I would rate a zero but the system will not allow me , registered a claim with outsurance awesome service , pg glass call centre came back about the claim within 20 min . From there called the call center 2 days later and inform me that the repair will take place Friday, they call the kdorp brach the glass hasn't even arrived, they claim to have called but the number is incorrect that they have on their system, I call the call center again today still no joy from kdorp pg glass , avoid these at all costs.

12 Nov 2022, 11:33Pg glass call centre was awesome with their assistance, the Krugersdorp branch arrived on Wednesday to fit the glass , they ordered the wrong windscreen even after being given the make model and vin number, how *********** can you be . The call center followed up again . K dorp branch ordered the correct glass and fitted on Tuesday . I would not recommend the Krugersdorp branch of PG Glass . Naledi from the call center awesome service, pity you have *********** people at the branch .
