PG Glass - is there a rating less than 1 star?

After my windscreen broke i contacted PG glass, they gave me a reasonable quote saying the fitment centre nearest to me would call to confirm which they never did. I then called back a few days later and they'd lost my details, I decided to get another quote and again the fitment centre didn't contact me. I called this morning telling them that if they didn't call back by midday that I would get someone else to do it and i haven't heard back at all. This is absolutely terrible service and I will not be using PG Glass or recommend their services to anyone if this is how they interact with their customers
