PG Glass is the worst!!!
Worst service ever!!! PG glass reference no: *** I had an appointment (but they gave no certain time) to have my windscreen replaced today. I got an sms confirming the arrangement for today. I had to contact the call center to find what time the team would arrive to do the fitment. I was told the appointment was for 11:00. 11:00 came and gone but no team!!! I'm still stuck with a broken windscreen!!!!

I asked where the team was who was supposed to come out on Saturday for their appointment with me for 11:00, her answer I'm not sure". I asked why no one called me to tell me no one is coming, her answer "I'm not sure".
Aren't you supposed to be sure of your facts before calling a client?
So I waited like an idiot the whole Saturday expecting the team to arrive which they never did!
Really, really unprofessional!!!
