PG Glass is broken

Approximately 2 weeks ago I called PG glass to request a quote for a piece of glass to be fitted in a wooden folding patio door. I supp**** all the info asked of me and was given a reference number. After a week my wife happened to be near a PG glass outlet and popped in to ask if they could help. Turned out they only did auto glass and small glass. She then called the call center and a gent called PHILIP said he would call her back after 2 hours as he needed to follow up with the building division. 4 hours later called and Philip was busy. So I spoke to someone else who told me that a request for quote from building division was only requested at 1pm that day. A week after I originally called. It’s now another week later and my wife gets a voicemail to call back. She does and gives the reference number left on the voicemail, which by the way has been the same number throughout this mess. The gent that answers then checks the number and gives a different surname to ours & then apologized as there’s a mistake. Anyway we are still no closer to getting a quote
