PG Glass inflating prices, after acceptance of quote!

PG Glass quoted me for replacement windscreen in my vehicle - cash price. After accepting quote, they then doubled the price. When I enquired, they stated that I had asked for alternate glass and had given them incorrect vehicle year. Asked for voice recording, as they are clearly now trying to back track on mistake they have made. Going on a month without answer, after numerous calls and even a visit to Edenvale branch and multiple discussions with Edenvale Branch Manager, Eddie Figueira. Pathetic!
